Friendly staff, Attention to Detail - By Anna – June 2010
My last appointment went smoothly, though on my previous two appointments my wait was very long. However, when I mentioned this issue to the staff they were friendly and quick to address the issue. Overall Dr. Jaffer impressed me with his attention to detail and the time he devotes to his patients. Even for a simple cleaning, he really takes time to check everything out. Dr. Jaffer and his staff have impressed me with their attention to dentail, friendliness, and concern for my comfort.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jaffer's for several years now after my former dentist took 2 days before even returning my call after I broke a tooth. Dr. Jaffer saw me immediately on his day off even though I was not a formal patient. He is superb. He is extremely thorough and a complete perfectionist. He has done several crowns for me and he insists on a perfect fit from the lab and will have crown redone by the lab if not absolutely perfect. He always is sure to handle any possible pain. I have never had any unusual discomfort; no bruising, no infection and no failed procedures. I heartily recommend him!

Faced with a dental emergency, I found Dr. Jaffer by chance. Despite not being a patient, the doctor saw me within hours of calling and dealt with my emergency both quickly and painlessly. Not only were he and his staff responsive to my needs, they were highly competent in using the latest technology so I could see the tooth's damage firsthand and decide on what treatment was best for my situation.

Dr. Jaffer is a great dentist! He always takes the time to explain all my options for treatment. And his staff is very helpful and "gentle". I used to hate going to the dentist and avoided going for a long time. But I know Im in good hands now thanks to this office.

I've always hated my smile because of my stained teeth. I wanted whiter teeth, but was nervous that the procedure might be painful, and wasnt sure if it would be effective. Well, I just Underwent the Zoom! In-Office System process with Dr. Amin Jaffer, and couldnt be happier. The process was painless and it was definitely effective, my teeth are 5 shades whiter! I love the way they look, and I feel great. It was worth every penny; feeling good about my smile has definitely given me more confidence! Dr. Jaffer has been my dentist for over 10 years, and I strongly recommend him and his team. They have the most advanced technologies available and provide a cozy, comfortable office environment. Dr. Jaffer and his assistant took the time to answer my questions and educate me about the ZOOM! process. When performing the whitening, they were very gentle and sensitive to my concerns and needs. Im very happy that I made the decision to have the ZOOM!In-Office whitening, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel better about their smile.

Dr. Jaffer, (his name is Amin Jaffer, not the other way around) is extremely competent, thorough and professional. Also very kind. Office staff are young and very pleasant. I have never had any unnatural pain or discomfort. He has the best technique for injecting anesthetic I have ever seen. He applies pressure to your cheek while injecting and greatly eases any injection pain. Also, he would NEVER push an expensive procedure unnecessarily just to make money. Very very honest and professional. I heartily recommend him!
