Bone Grafting

Often, after a period of time, the jawbone associated with missing teeth shrinks.  This can leave a condition in which there is poor quality and quantity of bone suitable for placement of dental implants.  Previously, patients with this condition were not candidates for dental implants.  However, we now have the ability to grow bone where needed.  These bone grafting  procedures give us the opportunity to place implants of proper length and width, as well as ensure functionality and esthetic appearance.
